I have to disagree with your view, although I obviously respect it, because home-staging doesn´t usually require any renovation or repair, at least the way we do it is by using what we have, maximising the pros, minimising the cons and trying to keep costs at a minimum. In some extreme cases, some repairs are necessary but it is not usually the case. As I say, our philosophy is to always start working with what we have and making the most of it.

No doubt home staging is one of the best ways to sell your house. But in this purpose the property needs to be repaired which requires a time to attract the customers that’s why we believe it is not very easy to sell a house fast via home staging agents. However on the other hand, there are homebuyer companies that can sell your house quickly you should rather consult one of them.
